1st Letter of the Day
Dear Sir / Mdm,
Inspite sending my N80IE for service last week, I still encontered the same problem, which i cant call out.
To add salt into the wound where i called the customer service hotlines(6822 8888), which ias directed to a regional office, i was told off my the male CS officer.
He told me to change my SIM card, and i replied him politely that I have tried my SIM card on other Nokia HP and there's no problem with the SIM card. However, he told me off impatiently to follow his instructions and if the problem occured again, bring to the Nokia Care Centre.
Is this the type of after-service I get after supporting Nokia since my first mobile phone since 1997???
I am pissed. And hope to get a respond from u.

2nd Letter of the Day
Dear Sir / Mdm,
I am regret to info you that my experience at the Nokia Care Center at Century Square today, 22 Oct 07 was a totally unpleasant one.
It took me 4 staffs before they start to address to my problem. In spite asking for the manager again and again, the front line staffs kept asking me to wait. In the end, i did not even manage meet up with any of the senior staff nor manager.
This is the second feedback that i have sent thru today. Previous I have called the hotline to feedback on my problematic phone and was told off rudely by your customer service officer.
If nokia is not interested in providing a after sales service, why am i so bother to use their product? Afterall, i have been using Nokia for 10 years, i think it's time for a change.
Unless i am given a satisfactory respond, else i am giving Nokia for good.

Mr Nice Guy no more
It been alot of unpleasant since those mainland ppl (6 in total) move into my shophouse located at serangoon.
It started when 2 of them moved out w/o even giving us any notice and yet demanding us to return the deposit. One of them even try to stay there while not paying any rental. Out of good will, we return 50% to one of them.
On one occasion, where we went up to spot check, we saw the guy(who did not pay the rent) still at the premise! my mum chased him away, however, he demanded for his deposit and one of the remaining four challenged/scolded my mum and even try to snatch her hp away.
By right, yest, 18 Oct 07, the mainlanders should ve move out of premise. However, they did not as they actually told my agent that no deposit given to them and they shall not move out.
This is the letter to their employer on 19 Oct 07 Morn.
Subject: Breach of terms from XXX Employees (curious abt which company*?? scoll down to see...)
I am regret to inform you that the guys have not moved out on 18 Oct 07 as agreed.
As per yesterday’s conversation with ur agent, I have given the tenants notice to move out before 19 Oct 07, 11am.
I am seeking a satisfactory answer by today otherwise I will seek the following options:
1. The flat will be locked up at 12pm with all their belongings left outside the premise.
2. A police report will be made.
3. The ICA and MOM will be notified.
4. The print media will be notified.

As i was on half day leave to make sure that my point get into those mainland UPS*(curious?? scoll down to see) brain, i was there to return the deposit. Actually i was bullied when we were nego for the damage which those mainlanders done to the house. 5 against 1. 3 mainlanders, 1 HR personnel from xxx company and xxx company agent. my agent put me areoplane. arggg....Every time i come out with the price, the agent will nego for 50% off. For eg...sofa cusion, 2 were missing. I asked for a price of $10 each, the agent say $5. Being a easy gg person, i agreed to it since my objective is to kick those ass out of the house.
(Point noted myself == next time it wont gg to be easy meat, when i asked for $10 and sm one nego for lower, my price will be $15)
We finally come out with a figure which both parties agreed. Of coz, i was being 'robert'. So it was rainning v heavily and i told them i do not ve the cash with me. (actually i ve but short of a few dollar....) So, i asked them to move out immediately and wait for me outside and one of them accompany me to the ATM to withdraw the money.
(Point noted myself == who care it rainning heavily and they got no urebrella...not my prob..i am not gg to be nice to ppl who are not nice to me)
As i was abt to return them the deposit, i rem the guy who insulted my mum and i demanded him to step out.
My 1st qn was:
Do u want to have ur deposite back? And why did u scold my mum?
Ans:
He was saying that both parties were at fault and the fella got the key to the house and there no way he can stop the guy from entering the house. (I kept quiet)
2nd Qn:
So do u think that scolding and shouting at the landlord is correct? And u said that he is ur fren, under the terms, he is not allow to bring fren up to the house.
Ans:
LL. Kept quiet. (HR personnel and agent started to speak for him) He is still young and hot-temper. Do forgive him.
(Both tried to talk to the guy this time)
Aiya, apologise to the landlord. Do u know the landlord is a elderly, u should have respect her more.
(I cut into their conservation)
Is not being elderly or not....this is human....being respectful to each other....
so, u think that an apology can settle the problem, why not i give u 2 slaps and apologise to you, than i will return the deposit to u. what abt that? Or i go to the stranger over there..i give her 2 slaps...and apologise, do u think she will forgive me? My mum do not want your apologise...so u tell me...do i need to return u the deposit? (Guy,HR and agent juz stand there and LL)
After a while, HR just told the Guy if he need the $, say yes and apologise to me. (Agent & HR left us aside)
So the guy did apologised and while i still got my human sense with me...i return the full amount to him.
Summary
Py havent nev been so aggressive before. Nevertheless, i like it. I hate the softness in me. I am too soft. Too nice to ppl. Ppl are taking my welfare as funfare. No one to blame, just that i am weak.
Goodbye to my softness! I have learn a good lesson today. Welcome to a new world. Aggression!
